The modern 4,700sq meter manufacturing facility produces superior quality products for the café, restaurant, food service, airline, institutional and export markets.

Our competitive advantage is gained through our focus on indulgent treats, developed by a French Patisserie Chef, using quality ingredients and uncompromising presentation. And our commitment to providing pre-portioned, cost controlled food allows ease of handling for the end-user. All products are frozen fresh for convenience with a primary shelf-life of 12 months (from date of packing) and a secondary shelf-life of 5 days.
